Operations Director

Heading up the Operations function since 2006, Michele is a key part of the W&A leadership team and is responsible for supporting the wider team with all aspects of finance and compliance including resourcing administration, onboarding of candidates, contractor aftercare, client accounts and much more. Operations are the glue that holds us together.

At W&A, a positive customer experience is at the heart of everything we do, and Michele and her team play a key role in ensuring an efficient end to end recruitment experience for all our clients and candidates. We are here to help, and treat our customers as we would want to be treated ourselves. That’s really important to us.

Outside of the office Michele is actively involved in voluntary work, has two lively teenagers who keep her on her toes and current, and to ‘escape’ she enjoys walking and planning her next overseas adventure.
