Ethan began his career in recruitment a couple of years ago where he focused on temporary transactional accountancy recruitment in and around the Cambridge area. He’s recruited across a variety of sectors including education, practice, manufacturing, non-profit, and various start-ups, particularly in the biotech/pharmaceutical sector. He has recently relocated to Scotland and joined W&A where he is keen to continue with this specialism.

Ethan will be working closely with Laura Buchanan to continue developing our non-qualified finance market focusing on high-quality interim appointments. Having recently made the move to Scotland and joining W&A, Ethan is looking forward to developing his Scottish client and candidate base, speaking with local businesses and building lasting relationships. 

Recruiting with integrity and honesty has always been a priority for Ethan, and this is what drew him towards W&A. As he establishes himself in his role, he’s keen to continue to work closely with individuals and businesses to get to the heart of what they need.

In his spare time, Ethan enjoys going for hikes (hence the move to Scotland!) and is always down for a game of chess.
