Associate Director

Jack joined W&A in 2025 and leads our recently and post-qualified offering in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Borders.

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh Law School, Jack began his career in Accountancy & Finance recruitment in 2018. Throughout his career, he has specialised in supporting listed, private, public, and not-for-profit businesses and organisations in recruiting the best-qualified Accountancy & Finance talent across Central Scotland.

Jack takes a relationship-driven approach to recruitment, prioritising efficient communication, top-tier market knowledge, expert advice, “no-strings-attached” support, and a truly holistic, bespoke view of the candidate and hiring assessment process. This approach has earned Jack a reputation as one of the best-in-class consultants in the market.

Outside the office, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He attempts (with limited success) to play golf and is a keen fan of football, F1, and boxing. He also enjoys a nice glass of wine (sometimes two) from time to time.
