The Reviews Are In...

In a crowded recruitment marketplace, it can sometimes be hard to stand out from the crowd. The majority of recruitment firms promise similar gold standard services and perfect outcomes but as we all know the reality does not always work out quite like that. As my dear old gran used to say, the proof is often in the pudding, and she could certainly bake!
At W&A we have always aimed to differentiate ourselves in the quality of service our customers receive, and so who better to comment on this than those who have worked with us.
To keep it impartial we recently launched a feedback section on our website via a company called Feefo. In line with our purpose, this is a great initiative where we turn our customer feedback into the planting of trees.
In doing so, we hope that those who perhaps don’t know us quite so well get some assurance on who we are and what we are like to work with through customer reviews. Importantly, it is also a chance for us to learn where we can potentially improve too.
I am delighted to say that so far the feedback has been great, with an aggregate score of 4.9 out of 5 and some notable themes amongst the various comments.
- Outstanding service, excellent advice, professional, honest and supportive
- Good communication, friendly, approachable and responsive
- Helpful in CV building, interview preparation, career guidance and offering market insight
- Willing to invest time, to listen and always collaborative
- Caring and understanding
We don’t like to boast but this suggests that sometimes we should!!!
As a relationship-based service provider, we are truly delighted to receive such positive responses. This is hugely important to us, reassuring us that what we do and the way we do it has a positive impact.
