W&A are pleased to announce our new Not for Profit desk.

This desk will provide a focused approach to Not for Profit clients and candidates and clients as a result of increasing demand in this sector.

The team will be led by our Director; Andrea Green.

We already have a track record at W&A of working with and placing into a number of different NFP entities in Scotland and we are looking forward to continuing on our journey and expanding our network further. We have the testimonials to back it up – see our Feefo feedback for reviews.

We are well placed to support the placement of high-quality individuals into this sector, from Finance Directors to Transactional Finance teams.

We are seeing more individuals in the market who are driven by purpose rather than just salary and we want to embark upon more purpose-driven recruitment too. The timing is right to use our skills to match these individuals to the right roles in the market, driving forward financial governance in the NFP sector.
