Audit Advisor - Glasgow / Western central belt

W&A is partnering with a leading, modern accountancy practice based in Glasgow (hybrid) to find an Audit Advisor.

The successful candidate will support the audit team’s growth, working with a range of clients while developing their own skills in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for a newly or part-qualified accountant with external audit experience.

About You:

• Professionally qualified accountant or part-qualified
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexible, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in delivering audit services
• Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments
• Guide junior team members and ensure quality audit work
• Prepare statutory financial statements
• Build and manage client relationships
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations
