Credit Controller 12-Month FTC - Glasgow / Western central belt

German Speaking Credit Controller - Glasgow - Hybrid, 4 days at home, 1 in the office

I'm pleased to be partnering with a global organisation based in the centre of Glasgow to recruit a Credit Controller on a 12 month basis. This is to work with the German arm of the business, and so fluency in German is an essential requirement.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with one day in the central Glasgow office, and 4 at home.

Working in the Credit Control team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data within your accounts, and liaising with clients to ensure timely payments. You will work closely with the rest of your team and demonstrate a drive to continue to learn more while in your role.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring invoices are paid promptly,
• Prioritising telephone contact where possible to maintain communication,
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders,
• Query resolutions,
• Maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

This role does not require previous Credit Control experience - or even any accountancy experience. Fluency in German is the top priority - any experience in a fast-paced office environment will then be extremely beneficial to your application, as would customer service/retail experience.
