Following continued growth, our acquisitive fintech client is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a newly created role.
Working with fellow Business Partners as well as the wider commercial finance team, this role will provide a range of decision support and performance management services across the business.
This role offers opportunity to develop and for the remit to grow within a fast paced and expanding organisation.
Location & Working Pattern:
Our client is based in Edinburgh city centre and offers hybrid working.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar role
The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business areas
Confidence in presenting financial and commercial analysis, to senior finance and non-finance stakeholders
Demonstrable ability to get up to speed quickly, develop In-depth understanding of relevant matters and industry best practices
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Demonstrable commercial and business acumen
Key Responsibilities:
High-quality analysis of financial information and metrics that can be used to drive business performance and improve decision-making
Commercial thinking to identify areas where value can be added to the organisation and ultimately result in improvements to the financial performance
High-quality financial analysis, review and challenge of strategic opportunities
Options and recommendations and provide finance leadership to senior leaders as to the direction of decision making in the business areas we support
Support to corporate finance initiatives, such as acquisitions, joint ventures and other structural growth opportunities and deliver organisational change
