W&A is partnering with a manufacturing company based in Dunfermline (hybrid) to help source a Finance Manager.
The role exists to support the delivery & smooth operations of the overseas business units.
Reporting to Financial Controller, this role will liaise with internal stakeholders across all functions and holds key responsibilities for accurate & timely financial reporting.

Role Profile:
Responsible for coordinating the periodic close for the business units
Consolidated monthly reporting of results, including financial KPIs & flash reporting
Responsible for P&L management, including COGs, accruals and prepayments, payroll and sales commissions
Leading the balance sheet review, ensuring reconciliations are completed by the team on a timely basis
Manage the team, ensuring the delivery of key processes and tracking key targets
Deputise for the Financial Controller, administrator responsibilities for key systems and applications
Support line manager on matters relating to international legal entities, including reporting, audit and statutory accounting
Supporting the control environment via the development of processes and procedures, including the ERP and system enhancements
Mentoring and development of the team
About You:
Professionally qualified accountant with post-qualified experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
Focused on delivering operational excellence within structured timeframes
Excellent IT skills, with the ability to manipulate large data sets, produce accurate and cohesive reports for management
Previous experience of statutory accounts and corporation tax beneficial
Previous experience in a customer focused environment beneficial
