What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
  • Conducting detailed variance analysis and providing insights into financial performance.
  • Collaborating with business partners to create and maintain budgets and financial models.
  • Supporting financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Driving improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.
  • Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership, supporting decision-making.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and forecasting activities for various business units.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial governance standards.
  • Supporting and leading on ad hoc projects in collaboration with colleagues in finance and other business areas

About You

  • Qualified accountant or finance professional (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in financial planning & analysis, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.
  • Outstanding Excel skills and ability to analyse complex financial data. 
  • Experience of financial modelling using Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to contextualise financial data well
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
  • Previous exposure to a fast-paced or regulated environment is a plus.
